In order to communicate facts even better, upmesh gives you the option of integrating files directly into your tickets. The people involved in the ticket are automatically informed about the upload.
All files that have been attached to tickets are centrally located in the project storage in the folder Tickets listed. From here you can also go directly to the corresponding tickets - this saves valuable time in day-to-day business.
By the way, you can add observers to every ticket, who will be informed directly of any changes - completely automatically.
We help you with our report designer to send professional reports to those involved in the project. Only filter out those tickets from all recorded tickets that you want to show in the PDF report.
In addition, you have the option of integrating PDF title pages into your export, such as interactive PDF forms that you can fill out directly with the iPad after the export and have those involved sign it.
