Capture
With upmesh you can easily add files of any kind to your project via drag & drop – directly on site with our app for iOS & Android or in the office via our web app.
Create individual project folder structures or simply insert standard structures into your project using drag & drop. Our role and rights system regulates access.
You can either make files such as photos or Word documents available to everyone involved via the central project storage or assign them directly to a ticket in order to describe or document issues in more detail.

Communicate
To communicate issues even better, upmesh gives you the option of integrating files directly into your tickets. The people involved in the ticket are automatically informed about the upload.
All files that have been attached to tickets are centrally located in the project storage in the folder Tickets From here you can also go directly to the corresponding tickets - this saves valuable time in your daily business.
By the way, you can add observers to each ticket who will be informed immediately of any changes – completely automatically.
Reports
With our report designer, we help you send professional reports to those involved in your project. From all the tickets you have recorded, filter out only those that you want to include in the PDF report.
In addition, you have the option of integrating PDF title pages into your export, such as interactive PDF forms, which you can fill out directly with the iPad after export and have the participants sign.

The upmesh document management is included in the normal price that you pay for the app. In other words, you can test the basic version free of charge for the duration of your stay.
