Since the Flick team works in an interdisciplinary manner and always wants to deliver project processing to its customers on time and within budget, the communication and organizational effort simply became too high.

Since 1953, BREITHAUPT ARCHITEKTEN have been planning and building everything that is of great social, ecclesiastical and industrial importance.
The architectural firm always keeps an eye on the sustainable aspects of construction and energy requirements. Design also plays a very important role. They have already won the German Design Award twice. For a nursing home in Lemgo and for a townhouse in Salzkotten. In 2023, the 15-person team realized that too much time was being lost on project management with this multitude of different projects. Trapped in too many meetings and phone calls, annoyed by searching for the latest version of the document, Benedikt Breithaupt quickly came up with the solution: a smart project management tool was needed. After a short test phase, the Breithaupt team was quickly convinced:

As a network operator, the SWTE Netz GmbH & Co. KG for a secure electricity and natural gas supply to around 135,000 people in Hörstel, Hopsten, Ibbenbüren, Lotte, Mettingen, Recke and Westerkappeln.
It is clear that the network planning and asset management team needs good tools to keep track of new construction, repair and maintenance measures in the more than 4,000 kilometer long electricity distribution network and more than 1,300 kilometer long gas network at all times. Precise location and localization of lines and supply facilities is essential so that construction projects can be successfully completed and the supply network can be developed in a future-proof manner. The digital construction file has also proven its worth in project management.

So much expertise in the construction industry requires a strong team that must be properly coordinated.
For this purpose, Managing Director Helmut Gausmann brought our project management app into the company and became an upmesh customer. The mass of timesheets submitted by employees was no longer bearable and so the digital time tracking as a new priority on his long to-do list. The upmesh team introduced him to the various functions of the app and he decided against further paperwork and in favor of upmesh's time tracking:
